Delivery, Returns & Terms of Sale

UK Delivery

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 depending on which option you choose at the checkout page. For larger orders we use a courier delivery service (normally DPD or UPS).

An estimated delivery date is provided on the product and checkout pages and is also shown on your order confirmation email. Please note that the estimated delivery date is only an estimate, and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you an order despatch email which contains a link to track your package. For the latest delivery updates, please refer to the tracking information.

International Delivery

International orders are shipped fully tracked and insured using Royal Mail International Tracked service for small orders, or for larger orders we use DPD or UPS. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you an order despatch email which contains a link to track your package. Please refer to the tracking information for delivery updates.

Most international orders typically take 4-8 business days to arrive from the date of despatch.

Import duties and taxes

It is the customers responsibility to pay any import taxes/ duties that may be payable on delivery. We cannot estimate what this amount is, and we advise that you check with your customs and excise office.

Personalised Signs

Personalised signs are made to order so please allow extra time for them to be made. If you request a design proof, we will email this to you and wait for your approval to be emailed back to us.

To avoid any delay with delivery, please check your email folder regularly and respond to the request for approval. We recommend that you check your spam folder too, as our emails can sometimes land in your spam folder.

Failure to respond promptly will result in your order being delayed. 

Delayed & Lost Items

Please remember that all delivery times quoted are an estimate and are likely to increase during busy shopping periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners which include, but are not limited to postal delays, customs clearance delays or delays caused by miss-sorting.

For UK customers an order is only deemed to be lost after 10 business days have passed.

For international customers an order is only deemed to be lost after 25 business days have passed.

If your order hasn’t arrived within these timescales, a replacement will be sent.

Undeliverable & Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, incorrect shipping information was supplied or you didn’t collect your package, then the customer is responsible for paying the return postage cost.

If a delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the package from the delivery depot.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported to us within 24-hours of receiving it. Please email clear pictures to us of both the damaged item and the packaging. We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. Pictures of the item and packaging must be sent to: contact@autojunkuk.co.uk

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to cancel or exchange your order, then you should send us an email request within 14 days of receiving your order. Any order sent back to us without prior authorisation, will be refused.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure any returned item is sent to us safely and we recommend using an insured delivery service. All postage costs paid by the buyer are non-refundable.

Some of our signs are made to order and as such we can only offer an exchange on these items.

All returns must be sent back to us within 7-days of delivery.

Personalised, made to order and clearance items are non-refundable.

Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts and order quantity discounts. Please note that we only accept the use of one discount code per order placed. We cannot apply a discount after you have placed an order.
