Terms & Conditions:-

Most orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days of purchase. Personalised signs require additional design and manufacturing time please see the terms and delivery estimates given below.

For UK based customers a delivery estimation is provided on the product information and checkout pages.

Items purchased over a weekend or public holiday will be processed and shipped the following business week.  

Please remember that all delivery times are an estimate and are likely to increase during busy shopping periods.

UK Delivery

We use a standard Royal Mail postal service to send small orders and for large orders we may use ParcelForce. Once your order has been posted please refer to the tracking information (if applicable) for delivery updates. If you miss a delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Royal Mail and rearrange delivery.

International Delivery

All orders are sent fully tracked and insured using a Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. We will email you a tracking link once the order has been shipped. Please refer to the tracking information for delivery updates.

Europe: please allow 5-15 business days for delivery.

USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of the world: please allow 7-20 business days for delivery.

Important information for EU customers: The UK has now left the EU and it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties or taxes that may be payable.


Personalised Items

All of our personalised signs are designed and manufactured in-house. Typically you should expect to receive your personalised sign within 3-6 business days from the date of ordering. If you request a design proof, please allow extra time for this to be emailed to you and for us to receive your approval back. To avoid any delay with delivery please check your emails regularly and respond to the request for approval promptly. Failure to respond to our request for approval may lead to your order being cancelled and a design fee being added to your order.



If you would like to cancel your order then you must send the item back to us in an unused saleable condition. It is the buyers responsibility to return the item and we recommend using an insured delivery service. All postage costs paid by the buyer are non-refundable.

You must let us know within 14-days of receiving the item if you wish to cancel your order.

All personalised and clearance items are non-refundable.
