Terms & Conditions:-

Our aim is to process and dispatch your order within 3 business days of purchase. Items purchased over a weekend or public holiday will be processed and shipped the following business week. Personalised items require additional manufacturing time please see the terms and delivery estimates given below. 

Please remember that these delivery times are only an estimate and are likely to increase during busy shopping periods.

Important information for overseas customers: The UK has now left the EU and it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties or taxes that may be payable.

UK Delivery

For smaller items such as metal wall signs we use Royal Mail 1st Class postage and for larger items and multiple purchases we may use ParcelForce 48hr service.

UK: please allow 3-5 business days for delivery

Europe Delivery

We use Royal Mail International standard delivery for smaller items and for larger items and multiple purchases we use Royal Mail International Track & Signed.

Europe: please allow 7-15 business days for delivery

USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of the World Delivery

We use Royal Mail International standard delivery for smaller items and for larger items and multiple purchases we use Royal Mail International Track & Signed.

USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of the world: please allow 7-20 business days for delivery

 

Personalised Items

All of our personalised items are designed and manufactured in-house and require additional manufacturing and posting time. Typically you should expect to receive your personalised sign within 5-7 business days from the date of ordering. If you request a design proof, please allow extra time for this to be emailed to you and for us to receive your approval back. To avoid any delay with delivery please check your emails regularly and respond to the request for approval promptly. Failure to respond to our request for approval may lead to your order being cancelled and a design fee being added to your order.

 

Returns

If you would like to cancel your order then you are free to send the item back to us for a refund. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the returned item is sent back in an unused saleable condition and we recommend using an insured delivery service. All postage costs paid by the buyer are non-refundable.

You must let us know within 14-days of receiving the item if you wish to cancel your order.

All personalised and clearance items are non-refundable.
